A little help
We’re here for
the practical things.
Membership, reminders and keeping your records safe.
Contact support
Email [email protected]. Include your iPhone model, iOS version and a short description. Please leave out private journal entries and payment details.
Support is for technical questions. It is not an emergency or counseling service.
Membership and billing
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Sobriva. Follow Apple’s options to cancel. Deleting Sobriva or your records does not cancel your subscription. Check Apple’s subscription screen for your access end date.
Already subscribed?
Use Restore Purchases in Sobriva with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Restoring a purchase restores eligible access; it does not restore your journal or other personal records.
Need a refund?
Apple handles App Store payments and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your records
Your check-ins, notes, plans and practice history are stored locally on your device. Sobriva does not currently offer an account or automatic cloud sync.
Save a backup before changing phones
Use Sobriva’s backup option to save a backup file somewhere private that you can access later. On your new installation, choose a backup to restore. A backup can contain sensitive notes: only share it with people you intend to give access to those records.
Do not delete the app before saving your backup. Do not rely on an Apple device backup to recover Sobriva’s records.
Export or delete
The app includes options to export and delete your local records. These remain accessible after membership expires. Deleting local records does not delete copies you exported, cancel billing, or erase transaction records held by Apple or RevenueCat.
Reminders
Reminders are optional. Enable them in Sobriva and allow notifications in iPhone Settings. Focus mode and notification settings can affect when you see them.
Need help right now?
Sobriva is not monitored and cannot provide emergency care. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. Alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous; seek medical advice before stopping if you may be physically dependent.
